Did you know that having a live sketch artist at weddings is becoming more and more popular?
Couples and guests love the fact that they can watch a live artist in action, and the many illustrations on display makes for a fun and interactive focal point throughout the wedding. Effectively, a pop-up art gallery with a live artist!
Not only that - but at the end of the wedding, guests and the happy couple have something precious to take away with them, a unique souvenir which will last a lifetime.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
HOW DOES IT WORK?

​Before the wedding, I will discuss with you your preferences for the day and whether you have any preferred people you would like me to draw. This could be you and your partner, close family and friends, or you may just prefer to leave it open to all guests.
My drawings take approximately 20 mins each and once the drawings are complete, I place in a mount and display on small easels.
​I only need a fairly small space at the wedding venue, for me, my assistant, my easel, stool and materials. ​Guests approach me for their drawing, and I mostly take a photo and work from that, rather than needing guests to pose for me throughout. ​Each drawing takes around 20 minutes or so, and my style is more art/fashion, rather than cartoon style, which many other artists seem to favour.

Once the drawings are complete, I display them at the venue, take a photograph (so digital copies are available) and at the end of the wedding, the drawings can be taken home by either the guests or the happy couple - a fabulous memento of the perfect day.​ ​After the event, I will provide digital images of all the drawings to the wedding couple. A perfect wedding souvenir.​

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?​
​
Each wedding is unique, and I can work with you to create a package which meets your needs and budget. However, below are details of the most popular packages I offer.
​
Half Day - 4.5 hours
A minimum of 15 A4 drawings. Sketched live on the day and available to take home at the end of the wedding. (If you would like additional drawings, I can photograph your specified guests and complete the drawings back at my studio).
​
Includes all materials and travel within 40 miles of Skipton, North Yorkshire.
​
Cost: £550
Additional studio drawings: £30 per drawing​
​Full Day - 8 hours
​
A minimum of 25 A4 mounted drawings. Sketched live on the day and available to take home at the end of the wedding. (If you would like additional drawings, I can photograph your specified guests and complete the drawings back at my studio).
​
Includes all materials and travel within 40 miles of Skipton, North Yorkshire.

Cost: £850
